How do I book a Tea Party?
Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. We will pick a time that best suites your needs and I will send you a confirmation letter. At this time a $100.00 deposit and 50.00 is non-refundable deposit. We reccomend that you call us 1 to 2 months in advance to make sure the date that you need is availiable. If the date is available we will send you our Party Booking form to fill out and mail back to us. After completing the form a deposit is required to reserve the date. We do accept all major credit cards ( Visa, M/C, Discover, Amex and Check Card as well as Checks. Upon recepit we will send you a confirmation letter and personalized printed invitations for your guests. Their is a $50.00 NSF charge for any returned checks ( NO EXCEPTIONS). Their is a $50.00 cancellation charge if the Tea Party is cancelled and not rescheduled. If the party is cancelled for any reason other than Bad weather or Illness your deposit is Non-Refundable.

What if I have less than 8 to 12 children at my tea party do I still pay the full price?
Yes. The price is based on a group size of up to eight children. If less than 8 attend, you still pay the group rate. I planned for the number of children in the confirmation count. If you pay for an extra guest and they don't show, I still did all of the planning for that amount. You will be able to keep the party bag for that child.

What are the Tea party times?
Tea parties can be held Monday-Saturday.
The suggested times are:
11am til 1:30pm
2:30 til 5:00pm
6:00 til 8:30.

We are closd on Sunday's except for Special Events.

What form of payment do we accept and our Privacy Policy?
We do accept Check, Money Order, Certified Funds, Check Card Cash, Visa, Master Card and Amex which can be processed with one phone call. We not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party without your express consent. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption at. If you do not feel comfortable with payin gonline that's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order. You may send you check or Money Order to:

What happens if I cancel the party or their is inclement weather?
In the event you have to cancel, I will work with you to arrange another date for the party. Due to the nature of my business the $50.00 deposit is non-refundable. Of course if the roads are closed and it is unsafe to hold the party we will work to pick a new date and time. In case of bad weather Miss Ashley's Tearoom reserves the right to reschedule the party. If the Guest of Honor becomes ill we will gladly reschedule you an alternate date for the party (based on availibility).

Additional Q & A

Question: What about RSVP Policy?

Answer: You will be contacted at least 5 days prior to your party to determine the number of guests. Balance is due in full 5 days before the party based on final count. Due to the nature of setting up the party, if your guests included in your count do not attend, we cannot provide a credit or refund.

Question: What about Food Allerries?

Answer: We are aware that some guests may have food allergies. Should any of your guest have a allergy, please let us know. We will provide an alternate treat for them. (no additional charge).

Question: Can parents' stay?

Answer: Parents' are always welcomed to stay provided their is ample room. If they want to partake of the foods and crafts their is a charge for them. Pictures are also welcomed to be taken by the parents'.

Question: What is your company responsible for?

Answer: Miss Ashley's Tearoom assumes no responsibility for accidents or damages by our party consultant. Our consultants will provide the most Professional Service and will assure that you party is a success and to make sure facility is treated with care. In the event of damage or loss of Miss Ashley's Tearoom inventory, financial resposibility lies entirely on the client of the party. Miss Ashley's Tearoom is not responsible for financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
